Venue rules and notes
- Eating and drinking is only permitted in the Think Zone. The café serves beverages and snacks, but take-out is not available.
- Leave umbrellas in the first-floor umbrella stand and do not bring them into the venue.
- Store any baggage in a first-floor locker, which can be used only on the same day during open hours.
- Mulabo! is a non-smoking venue. We also do not permit visitors to bring alcohol or enter while intoxicated.
- Please do not bring pets to the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs.
- No parking is available. We encourage visitors to use public transportation. Visitors with physical disabilities who wish to use parking should call us at least one day before their visit. (Telephone: 045-227-3011)
- Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must watch them responsibly.
- Unattended elementary school children must bring a memo sheet with telephone number of their parent or guardian in case of emergency. But Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibility when visitors are involved in any incident or accident.
- Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or disputes between customers at the venue.
- Use of the venue may be denied if behavior is observed that may inconvenience other visitors.
- You are responsible for photos or videos from Mulabo! that you post to social media. Make sure that you have permission from anyone who appears in your post.
- Thank you for understanding that in the rare case of technical difficulties, some exhibits may not be available.
